Workshop on Computational Statistics in Data Science

This workshop will include the 2025 Data Science and Statistics Lecture (DSSL).

Our distinguished lecturer is Howard Bondell, Professor and Chair of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Melbourne.

Apart from the keynote by Howard Bondell, all workshop speakers are UOW PhD students and academic staff. The workshop is bringing together NIASRA researchers who are working in computational statistics, and we have about 12 speakers confirmed. The DSS Lecture will be more general.
