Call for EOIs – MATRIX-AMSI – PhD Student Research Symposia 2026

PhD students in the mathematical sciences – this one’s for you!

MATRIX and AMSI are inviting you to design and run your own research symposium in 2026!
This is your chance to:

• Exchange ideas & collaborate with peers
• Build your research network
• Shape the format: talks, problem-solving, posters, social activities — it’s up to you!

Most symposia will be online, but one selected group will get the opportunity to meet in person at MATRIX (Creswick) in the week 18–22 May 2026, with accommodation, catering and limited transport covered!
