The Kerry Landman Scholarship supports high-achieving mathematics graduates that demonstrate a passion for education and wish to train as mathematics teachers. This scholarship is valued at up to $60,000 in total and students with a mathematics major who are enrolling in a Master of Teaching (Secondary) at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education are encouraged to apply. This scholarship aims to address the shortage of mathematically trained teachers who can passionately communicate the beauty and applications of mathematics to encourage, inspire and empower students to succeed.
