The University of Sydney is welcoming applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate/Senior Research Associate (Level A-B) to conduct research in a collaborative research team based at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, participating in a research program investigating cyclotomic KLR algebras, Kac–Moody algebras, categorification and crystals for the ARC Project ‘Categorification and KLR algebras’. This role will report to, and work with, Professor Andrew Mathas, carrying out scientific research and preparing and presenting scientific results in papers and conferences, and co-supervising undergraduate and graduate research students. Additionally, you will help to coordinate the research of different researchers and eventually apply for independent research fellowship and collaborative research funding.
